MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL
DUE 1/1/2025

2024 is nearly gone and 2025 looks to be another great year of karting. Memberships are due 1/1/2025. If you have completed eight hours of working bees at the club and would like to claim the $100 rebate on membership then please contact the club treasurer contact wkrctreasurer@gmail.com to organise payment via direct deposit. If you are not claiming the rebate then go to the Karting Australia portal and complete your renewal.

 

 

 

MEMBERSHIP FEES
Racing/Family Membership:
$200 per year

($100 being refunded after attending a total of 8hrs of working bees)

Members who attend a minimum of 8hrs of working bees or assistance in the running of race meetings will be eligible for a $100 discount on the following years' membership fees.
 

 

KA LICENCE APPLICATION

Licence applications are processed online on the Karting Australia (KA) website. Before applying for a new Licence or renewing your licence please ensure you have a current membership with the Wimmera Kart Racing Club as the licensing procedure will not process if you are not a member.

CONDITIONS OF MEMBERSHIP

1. It is a condition of membership that you observe the rules of KARTING AUSTRALIA (KA) and the Wimmera Kart Racing Club (WKRC) regarding all conduct both on and off the race track.

 

Please be aware that our circuit is licensed for competition use only and your conduct is in accordance with the competition rules of the association.

 Breach of these rules may result in cancellation of your membership and licence.

COMPLIANCE

2. All karts must comply with current KA regulations.

LICENCE

3. NO current membership, NO current licence, NO practice. Your KA licence includes your insurance cover.

 

E-PRACTICE LICENCE

4. E-PRACTICE LICENCE is the minimum requirement for track use. Any non-licenced track usage may result in disciplinary action as per the club constitution.

 

MEMBERSHIP DUE

5. All memberships fall due and are payable on the 1st of January every year.

CIRCUIT ACCESS

6. Members who hold a KA Officials accreditation or a KAC (Karting Activities Controller) accreditation will be allocated an access code for the front gate. Front gate access will also provide the codes to the combination locks around the circuit.

Members are not to share their gate access code with others. Front gate access will be removed if a member is no longer financial or no longer holds the required accreditation. Use of the circuit without completing the required KA Social karting Activity online forms will result in front gate access being removed.

RESPECT OF THE GROUNDS

7. All members using the track are required to leave the track and surrounds in neat and tidy condition.

WORKING BEE

8. All members are expected to attend a minimum of 8 working bees per year or assist with running race meets in any capacity they are capable of. Members who attend a minimum of 8hrs of working bees or assistance in the running of race meetings will be eligible for a $100 discount on the following years' membership fees.

CONDUCT & BEHAVIOUR

9. After payment of your membership, you will be responsible for and accept responsibility for the conduct and behaviour of yourself, your family members and any accompanying crew or friends and agree to abide by the Wimmera Kart Racing Club Membership conditions as listed above.
